We're flexible!

We offer flexible installation dates, including weekends, so that you don't have to take time off from work where this isn't possible. You can choose either installation only OR you can show us which fire or stove you like and we can usually source most products at great prices. No job is too big or too small for The Heat Installers, from servicing existing gas fires to constructing flue systems, just ask and we'll always try to help.

The Heat Installers team are qualified to do anything when it comes to the selection, installation, and maintenance of your wood burning stove and gas fire.

1. We'll visit your home to carry out a FREE, no obligation site survey.
2. During the survey, we can if you wish advise on the type of fire most appropriate to the room, as well as considering the heat output that's best for the size of the room.
3. If there's any additional work required for the successful installation of your fire appliance - such as plastering, brickwork and skirting - we'll provide a competitive no obligation quote.
4. We can, if necessary, install a complete flue system for your wood burner, or even construct a chimney.
5. We'll provide a conveniently mutual date for the installation of your appliance, and advise on any preparatory work you need to do, such as moving furniture and covering flooring, etc.
6. Once your stove or fire is installed, we'll go through the operation of your appliance and leave you with the necessary paperwork, such as our 5-year workmanship guarantee and any necessary safety and insurance certificates.
7. Once installed and operational, the Heat Installers can also provide regular servicing of your gas fire, and can provide chimney sweeping as necessary for your stove.
8. If you think your energy bills are too high, we can provide advice on trading in old, inefficient gas fire and moving to a modern appliance which will be much more energy efficient.
9. As well as installing your own product, we can also supply a wide range of leading brand wood burning stoves, multi fuel burning stoves, gas fires, and fireplaces which we can get at competitive prices.
